She adapted her lessons quickly to his learning needs, and delivered them in a fun and engaging way. I also appreciated how responsive she was to emails/questions, and she was more than understanding when last minute scheduling conflicts arose on my end. Great teacher with lots of patient
After having more than 10 lessons with Holly I can confidently say she is a great teacher. My child is very impatient, hates reading and writing often fool around while having classes. But Holly is so patient with him. She will go along and changing out activities once he gets bored or started complaining. She will tailor the lesson to individual student needs and practice words and sentences that my child keeps missing out. She will try different methods to make him remember the phonics sounds. She also makes the class more interesting by playing games with my child. I highly recommend Holly if you are looking for a tutor!

First day of First Grade
Holly is great at tailoring lessons to fit the needs of the student. My son has been taking lessons multiple times a week over the summer and is making big strides! He started first grade this week and Holly has been able to pivot and focus on new things that my son is learning. She is kind and energetic, my son looks forward to her lessons. Holly is also very consistent and dependable!

Really good tutor
She has taught my 10 year old son. When he started this lesson he was not good to speak in English at all because English is his second language. 7 Months later now, he can play some games with his American fiends and can speak in English better than before. My son is getting a lot more confidence around reading. He’s more willing to try sounding out new words and handles making mistakes much better. He read a book with me the other night and is getting much better at his sight words. Holly is doing great!
