Hi! Name is Tymika M. and I'm a freelance/portrait photographer based out of Dayton, Ohio! I am currently finishing my last semester at Sinclair Community College and will be graduating with my Associates in Photography. My love for this art form came my freshman year of high school. The ability to express myself through a photo was something that I enjoyed so very much, and that I found myself indulging in on my free time. With that, after graduating, I decided to further my education in the world of photography, learning about what makes a photo, lighting, f stops, shutter speeds, and how to expand my creative mind.
Photography is something that brings me joy no matter how tedious the job may be. I love working with other photographers as well as people who have no clue about how to work the camera... those are my favorite types of people, the beginners. I have done many jobs that range from weddings all the way to dance and conceptual photography, each job requiring me to adjust, reevaluate, and create something new.
I'm open to tutor anytime between 8am-9pm regarding questions about your camera, and how to achieve certain shots as well as how to edit in Photoshop. For traveling I can meet anytime between 9am-4pm on Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri regarding questions about photography, however being more hands on with how to use your camera. I'm looking forward to hearing from you, and helping you gather the tools be the best photographer you can!
