I am a dedicated educator in the Dayton area with 10 years of experience working as both a general education and special education paraprofessional with students of all ages and abilities. After 10 years at DPS and now MCESC in Early Childhood and Special Education, I am currently completing my Elementary Education degree and am passionate about helping every child reach their full potential. I believe that learning is most successful when it is personalized to each student’s unique strengths, interests, and needs. My approach focuses on building positive relationships, supporting social-emotional growth, and adapting lessons to meet children where they are so they can feel confident, engaged, and successful. My focus has always been “We rise by lifting others” and my goal is to lift the students in our community to their high test potential.
