Hi Im Ally! I graduated from the university of Cincinnati Nursing program with my Bachelors in Science of Nursing and passed the NCLEX to get my Registered Nursing License. I began my career on a Level 1 trauma unit over a year ago—one of the most fast-paced and demanding environments in healthcare. This role has not only sharpened my clinical skills but also deepened my ability to think critically and stay composed under pressure. Each shift brings unique challenges, from managing acute medical emergencies to providing compassionate care to patients and their families during some of their most vulnerable moments.

Throughout my journey, I’ve discovered a passion for mentoring and supporting others on their path to becoming nurses. I remember how overwhelming nursing school can be—the long study hours, complex material, and the pressure to perform in clinical settings. That’s why I’m now offering tutoring for nursing students, with the goal of helping them build confidence, master difficult concepts, and succeed both academically and professionally. Whether you're preparing for the NCLEX, navigating care plans, or tackling med-surg topics, I’m here to help you thrive.

My experience as a tutor includes tutoring and mentoring fellow students during nursing school and being apart of study groups. After nursing school I have helped tutor some of my friends in nursing school. I can help with studying for tests, creating study materials, projects, homework etc. It is most helpful if students are able to share there material from class so we can specialize tutoring sessions to exactly what you are learning!

Feel free to contact me with any additional questions or to schedule a lesson! I work three 12 hour shifts a week from 7am - 7pm. Outside of that I have a pretty flexible schedule and can work late hours of the night for whatever works best for you!

At this time I am only available for online lessons.

Thanks for taking time to read this and I look forward to working with you!

Pharmacology

With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and active licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), I have a strong academic foundation and hands-on clinical experience in pharmacology. Working on a Level 1 trauma unit has given me extensive exposure to a wide range of medications, including emergency drugs, critical care infusions, and complex medication regimens. This real-world experience has deepened my understanding of pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, drug interactions, and safe administration practices. In addition to clinical expertise, I have a solid grasp of the theoretical aspects of pharmacology covered in nursing programs. I understand how challenging this subject can be for students, and I’m equipped to break down complex topics into manageable, easy-to-understand concepts. My goal is to help nursing students not only memorize drug facts, but truly understand how and why medications work—preparing them for exams, clinical application, and safe, confident practice.
