Hi! My name is Brittany N., and I am a recent graduate from Rice University. I have tutored for the past several years at various locations and to different age groups, but my most memorable experiences have been my one-on-one tutoring.

I have gained so much experience in the past few years as a college student, and I look forward to sharing all that I've learned with other students! :)

Hi! My name is Brittany N., and I am a recent graduate from Rice University. I have tutored for the past several years at various locations and to different age groups, but my most memorable experiences have been my one-on-one tutoring.

I have gained so much experience in the past few years as a college student, and I look forward to sharing all that I've learned with other students! :)

I've competed in math competitions since I was 11, winning several state awards up until I was 18. I received a 5 on the AP Calculus BC exam, and I've been tutoring math to others since I was 14. Moreover, as a student on the pre-med track, a deep understanding of math is critical, and so I am constantly reviewing old concepts and building upon the knowledge that I already have. I'm always using math in my physics and biochemistry classes.

I'm super accessible and typically respond within the hour! I'm open to tutoring several subjects - let me know what you're looking for and how I can help! :)

I'm currently on the pre-med track at Rice University with a 3.9/4.0 GPA.

I've worked with National Master Jeffrey Ashton at a chess camp aimed to help young students become competitive in chess. I've been invited to represent the United States at the age of 10 to compete in the international youth championships. I've privately tutored chess to several students in the past to help them improve their game. I focus on chess tactics and strategy, and then also touch on chess theory for a well-rounded session.

Knowledgeable & understands student needs

Brittany is really knowledgeable and explains very well. My kids have amc lessons and she makes the lesson a fun learning experience for my kids, she also teaches materials that makes competition math interesting. She is very easy to reach and is always available for help. I highly recommend her!
