Great at developing writing skills and providing guidance for AP

My daughter just finished a series of tutoring sessions with Luke to help her prepare for the AP US history exam. Luke was tremendously effective. My daughter mostly wanted help preparing for the writing portions of the exam. Luke read her practice essays and showed her specifically how to improve her theses and the choice and organization of the material that she included. He also showed her strategies for writing answers to essays questions where she only had partial knowledge of the relevant material. Finally, he reviewed the syllabus and reading material from her high school U.S. history class and prepared material for her to fill in the major content areas that would be included on the AP exam that had not been covered in her class. My daughter went into the exam confident and ready to succeed. Finally, Luke was accommodating of my daughter's busy schedule. I was completely satisfied with Luke's tutoring.
