I have been tutoring AP US history, college US history, and K-12 US history for the last three years with The Princeton Review and my students' grades have improved by at least one letter in their classes. I have also helped my students to earn a 5 of the AP US history exam. I maintain high student ratings through TPR and pride myself on helping students to understand the interconnection of historical events.

I have a bachelor of arts in anthropology. I maintained a 3.9 GPA throughout my program duration. Courses included: Introduction to Anthropology, Anthropology in the Contemporary World, Ethics in Anthropology, Introduction to Cultural Anthropology, Gender and Kinship in Anthropology (listed as 'anthropology elective' on my transcripts). I currently tutor cultural anthropology at the high school and college level and have for 2 years.

I am a phonics/early literacy skills teacher for elementary students grades K-3, working through teaching contracts with several school systems in Louisiana. In addition to this, I am experienced in working with ESL/ELL students who are struggling with phonics and phonemic awareness skills. I have been trained to use the Amplify and UFLI curriculums and am capable of assessing students, collecting data, and score norming for progress monitoring purposes.
