Hi my name is Daniel and I am a grad of the University of Michigan where I dual majored with an accounting and finance emphasis at the Ross School of Business and information analytics through the School of Information. I currently work in technology private equity and spent multiple years in investment banking at Evercore. In the past I ran my own independent tutoring business helping other students raise their grades and ace exams in financial accounting, managerial accounting, and finance. My tutoring approach is to first create a strong foundational base of knowledge and then apply those concepts to different practice problems step by step. I try to describe concepts in a few different ways and students in the past have loved my patience and attention to detail during our sessions.
Additionally, I love helping students and potential applicants navigate through the investment banking / finance recruiting process. I have had interview experience at Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Evercore, PJT Partners, Lazard and Jefferies to name a few. I tailor my advice to each students specific situation helping craft resumes and become more confident with technical questions through mock interviews.
