Hi there! My name is Ayush, and I’m a U.S.-trained MD with a strong passion for mentoring and medical education. During my time in medical school, I scored in the 99th percentile on the USMLE Step 2 CK, and I developed a deep understanding of high-yield clinical concepts and effective test-taking strategies. These skills, along with my own experiences navigating the USMLE examinations, inspired me to help others succeed in the same process. Over the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of tutoring and mentoring students at my medical school preparing for Step 1 and Step 2 CK, as well as those applying to residency. I've worked with a wide range of students, including both U.S. and international medical graduates, and I genuinely enjoy adapting my approach to meet each individual’s needs.

My tutoring style is structured, efficient, and highly personalized. I focus heavily on question-based learning alongside strategic content review and individualized study plans. I aim to simplify complex topics and build lasting test-taking skills that lead to real results. In addition to USMLE preparation, I also assist students with their residency applications, including personal statement guidance, ERAS application review, and interview prep. My goal is not only to help students master medical material but also to feel confident and in control of their learning.
