Hello! I’m an experienced Math and Physics tutor with over 6 years of experience helping students achieve their academic goals. I graduated with degrees in Physics and Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University with a 3.9 GPA. My tutoring expertise spans Calculus 1 and 2, Physics 1 and 2, Algebra 1 and 2, and Pre-Calculus. I’ve worked with students from middle school to university level, offering both one-on-one and group sessions.

In addition to my private tutoring experience, I’ve served as a tutor at Eckerd College and Columbia University, helping fellow students navigate challenging math and physics courses. This role allowed me to refine my ability to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible ways. I’ve also worked privately with students seeking specialized support, whether it’s mastering advanced calculus or preparing for physics exams.

My approach is student-centered, ensuring each lesson is adapted to fit the student’s pace and goals. Whether it's breaking down complex calculus problems, explaining the fundamental principles of physics, or assisting with algebra and pre-calculus, I focus on making challenging subjects understandable and engaging, while also working with students to develop study and test-taking skills that can be used further in their academic careers.

I’m comfortable tutoring both in-person and online, and I’m skilled at adapting to various learning environments and technologies. My goal is to build students' confidence, foster critical thinking, and help them develop a strong understanding of the material. I’m passionate about not only improving grades but also helping students develop a lasting appreciation for math and physics as it relates to their interests.

If you're looking for a dedicated tutor with a strong academic background and a personalized approach, I would love to work with you!
