My name is Samuel, and I am a licensed Criminal Defense Attorney in the state of Nevada. I graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a Bachelor's degree in Theology. During my junior and senior year, I worked for the Theology Department as a tutor and tutored students on campus in Theology and writing skills.
Furthermore, I graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law with a JD and made the Dean's List my entire 2L-3L year. During law school, I started tutoring law students for free and made YouTube video lessons on various law topics that range from Criminal Law to Constitutional Law.
More specifically, I specialize in teaching Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Evidence, Torts, Constitutional Law, and Professional Responsibility.
After law school, I took and passed the Nevada bar exam on my first try. The Nevada bar exam is well known for being one of the toughest bar exams to pass in the country with a 53% pass rate when I passed.
I am more than happy to help you perform well in your law school classes, the MPRE, the bar exam, and more.
When we meet, we can discuss your goals on either your law school classes, the bar exam, and or the MPRE. In addition, we can walk through the black letter law and turn complicated legal doctrine into plain language so you can understand how to apply it in class, your essays, and the MBEs. I have countless handouts that are directly related to the black letter law for you to keep along with essay questions/MBEs that will help your learning during and after our lessons together.
Lastly, we can do this by going through multiple choice questions and essays that applies to the law subjects you want to learn about. Once we do this, I will you give you essays and multiple choice questions. We will go through it together, grade it, and discuss the pros and cons on improvement.
