Judith, 3 lessons with LeslieLeslie went above and beyond during our sessions together! I had an assignment due pretty last minute for ASL and she took the time to make sure I was more than prepared! She even went as far as to send me extra study material. She was really patient and very knowledgeable, also very easy to connect with on a personal level which made me feel very comfortable during our lesson. I will definitely be using her as a tutor for ASL-II.

Leslie was an absolute lifesaver! My daughter so wants to learn ASL, yet was challenged by the immersion-only approach of her teacher who does not hear or vocalize. How wonderful to find a hearing person who could give my daughter the support she needs to learn the language she so wants to learn. Leslie was so patient and kind, spoke to my daughter, and allowed my daughter to speak with her voice as needed. Not only did Leslie teach my daughter the ASL lesson, but she gave her the confidence that she can learn ASL. Thank you! We are so grateful.

Leslie S. is a gem we found and are SO happy we did. We scheduled Leslie 1-2x/week to assist with our daughter's college ASL courses. This woman knows it all - truly - and our daughter received two A+ (one in her 101 & 102 ASL). Without Leslie, she would have struggled. Leslie is committed, punctual, patient and got the job. If you don't hire Leslie, you are missing out on your "best self" and learning ASL. Bonus...our daughter thoroughly enjoyed meeting with Leslie each week. KUDOS to all that Leslie has done!

she went over my glossing paper, and was willing to help correct any mistakes. she also showed me how to improve my glossing by introducing me to extra tricks and better understanding for the future. very good for any student who needs help
