I have over 6 years of tutoring experience working with students ranging from age 7 to 18, covering Math, English, Science, and computer programming from elementary to college level. My experience includes one-on-one volunteer tutoring as well as small-group instruction, having taught in two-on-one and classroom settings through a tutoring center. Across these different formats, I have maintained a high success rate with my students.
My teaching approach centers on meeting each student where they are and adapting to how they learn best, rather than applying a single method to everyone. I break concepts down into small, manageable parts so that students can build understanding step by step instead of feeling overwhelmed. I hope to build a genuine understanding and strong confidence with the material with my students.
