As an experienced high school and college chemistry teacher, I have helped many students succeed despite their fear of chemistry, or an unfortunately poor teacher they have. You will be so prepared for class, you will be confident enough to help your fellow classmates.

As an experienced high school and college chemistry teacher, I have helped many students succeed despite their fear of chemistry, or an unfortunately poor teacher they have. You will be so prepared for class, you will be confident enough to help your fellow classmates.

I am very experienced at organic chemistry and college chemistry. You will benefit from my experience and ability to predict what questions will be asked on these tests. I am familiar with all the college texts.

As an experienced AP chemistry teacher and reader, I know what AP chemistry looks for in the free response part of the test. You will be well prepared to earn a 5 on this AP exam.

My sessions will test you with typical test questions you may be asked in class so that nothing will surprise you at exam time. Online sessions are typically 1 hour, but longer sessions are allowed if you'd like.
If you are within a 20 mile radius of my location, I am willing to come to you for a face-to-face session.

My daily schedule fills up often, causing me to have to refuse new requests that day. If you cancel at the last minute on a day when I had to refuse new students, you will be charged for the session IF I am not able to replace your time slot with another student.

* That old review about my not being available during tax season no longer applies. I am no longer employed at that tax preparation firm, so I am available at anytime all year.

Because I have college chemistry experience, I can help with all the material in Gen Chem I and II of a college chemistry class and provide excellent exam questions to prepare the student for anything the professor could throw at them. I am equally experienced in organic chemistry as well (my favorite!) and can prepare any student for the college courses or for the MCAT portion involving chemistry or organic chemistry. You will not find anybody who is as experienced and at the same time very good with struggling (fearful) students.

I have taught college level organic chemistry for 20 years and tutored many for the MCAT portion involving organic chemistry. This is my favorite subject to tutor and is usually the most fearsome for students. I will help the student overcome any intimidation they may have and cause them to become very confident in this course. I have seen virtually every organic chemistry text printed. Nothing can be taught in a college course that I have not already seen or experienced. My preparation techniques will enable the student to ace the class, and even feel confident enough to help their classmates.

AP Chemistry school final review

My kid’s school moved the final exam date two weeks earlier, and I requested two hours of review lessons for her. Dan was so nice to accept my request and give my kid a review lesson for her final, including some AP Chemistry past exam problems solved. My kid was really happy, and Dan gave her a great go-through of all the content. We still have a few lessons to prepare for her AP Chemistry exam. We look forward to it.

Excelent tutor
