We stumbled upon David in a mode of panic after my AP Chemistry student (grade 11) started to stumble in quiz scores. David is thorough and concise explaining material thoroughly. Having taught the subject before, he knows how to present the material on the students level. My daughter came home from her first session stating. "I can tell he is a teacher by the way he speaks slowly as he is reviewing and explaining my questions". Her two past quiz scores have been in the low 90's and she is anxiously waiting on her last test score (feeling good about it).

And the best part, he needs just a few minutes to understand tough problems and explain them in simple terms. Wow, what else can you ask for?

My daughter does not usually do well with online sessions of any kind. David was able to make her feel at ease and is extremely talented at getting his points across online. She feels that he has been tremendously helpful in the first three sessions in. He has shown her methods to do things more quickly and help her remember things for her college chemistry class

Best tutor!

I’m a postbac premed with a full time job with no prior experience with Organic Chemistry. Orgo is one of those topics that seem to take a good few hours to understand and then many more hours of practice to really get, but with a job, I was very limited with time. Working with David condensed that learning time to 1-2, and during that time he guided me on how to best approach problems. This really focused my study methods and increased my efficiency. David’s strength is his flexible teaching style. He was able to cater every session to help me in the best way possible- sometimes we would go through problems together, other times he would explain complex topics in a digestible way. On my last exam, I got a 100 on an exam that had a class average of 75. I cannot recommend David enough- he has encouraged me during my lows and high-fived me during my highs. Thank you for a great semester of Orgo 1 and I’m looking forward to working with you again for Orgo 2.
