I bring over twenty years of professional corporate administrative experience working across a wide range of organizations, from large regulatory and public-sector institutions to small, privately owned businesses. My background includes roles with organizations such as KCPD, Kessinger Hunter, NAIC/NIPR, and Family Car Buyers, where I supported operations, organization, documentation, and business processes. This experience allows me to tutor from a practical, real-world perspective rather than relying on theory alone.
Academically, I hold a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in entrepreneurship, a Bachelor of Science in multimedia, and an Associate degree in graphic design. I have tutoring experience at the college level, where I supported students in understanding coursework, structuring assignments, and strengthening their comprehension of business and administrative concepts. My work has primarily been one-on-one, focusing on helping students meet academic expectations while also building confidence in their abilities.
My tutoring approach begins with understanding the student’s specific needs, goals, and current direction. I take time to assess what is being asked of them academically, where they may be experiencing difficulty, and what methods will work best based on their learning style. From there, I tailor my instruction to guide them toward clear, effective solutions that align with both the course requirements and real-world application. My goal is to help students not only complete their work successfully, but also gain skills they can carry forward beyond the classroom.
