I bring over 25 years of leadership and teaching experience in both professional and academic settings. I hold a Ph.D. in Value-Driven Leadership from Benedictine University, two master’s degrees in Leadership Development and Public Administration, and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. I also maintain certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, HR Management and Analytics, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from Cornell University. This academic and professional background allows me to connect theory with real-world practice in ways that help students not only learn but excel.

My tutoring focuses on leadership development, public administration, organizational behavior, emergency management, fire service leadership, and academic writing. I have taught in MBA programs, trained fire officers in academy settings, and guided professionals through workforce development programs. I also support high school and college students in strengthening their writing, research, and critical thinking skills.
