I have nearly 10 years of experience using Microsoft Outlook in fast-paced professional environments where organization and communication are critical. I can teach students how to manage inboxes efficiently, automate emails, organize folders, integrate calendars, and streamline daily workflow using Outlook’s advanced features. My background in proposal management and project coordination allows me to demonstrate real-world techniques for scheduling, task tracking, and managing high-volume communications. SAT Reading

I previously scored a 750 on the SAT Reading & Writing section and hold a B.A. in English from the University of California, Davis, with a strong foundation in reading comprehension, textual analysis, and rhetorical interpretation. I am currently pursuing an M.S. in Technical Communication at Arizona State University, which sharpens my expertise in critical reading, analysis, and clear communication. I have prior experience as a college writing and reading tutor, where I worked one-on-one with students to strengthen reading comprehension, vocabulary skills, passage analysis, and test-taking strategies. Professionally, I work as a technical writer and editor—roles that require precise, analytical reading and the ability to distill complex information quickly and accurately.
