I love working with others to talk about biology and all other related sciences. When I first learned Biology, I personally struggled a lot with the ways that my professors taught the material, and so I understand how difficult it can be to set a strong foundation within a larger complex field. I'll work with you to find what methods and learning styles help you the most, whether that include charts, pictures, analogies, etc. At UC Berkeley, I taught a summer biology course to international Chinese high school students, which included a lab portion as well, and I had to devise ways to teach biology to students whose primary language was not English.

My other experiences with teaching (somewhat related to biology) include teaching college students how to become effective volunteer dental assistants, I was a teaching assistant for a Public Health class at UC Berkeley, and I've even taught a few dance classes as well.

I have experience writing scientific and English papers. I also have helped to proofread resumes and personal statements.

I am currently pursuing a Master's in Science Degree, and so, I am quite up-to-date with current biology topics.

In high school, I completed the IB Diploma program, and so I am well versed in what is required to succeed in an extensive writing curriculum. I also took several social sciences classes at UC Berkeley, which helped to improve and strengthen my writing skills and knowledge.
