We have Bruce Martin to thank for not only helping our son understand coding (Java programming), but more importantly helping to bring back his passion for computer science lost by the rote memorization and top-heavy AP practice-exam testing required in preparation for the AP exam.

I have so much to thank Philip for. Not only is he very knowledgeable in computer science, he has a special way to communicate with his student, which makes his lessons 100 percent successful. My son (good student, strong in math, going to a decent college) had a very difficult time with Computer Science in his senior year. He was lost in class for his peers were already far advanced and his teacher conducted class for the advanced students. He vowed he would never study computer science.

She obviously is knowledgeable. My daughter only had 2 long lessons with her but already gave great compliments: patience, articulate, very up to date with current technology (study tools). Though Katharine's schedule is not as flexible as we wish it to be, we are happy that she takes her time doing tutorial consultations via emails and texts. My daughter is still currently finishing her science project with this tutor and highly recommend her to whoever needs help with science.
