Hello! I am an undergraduate at Harvard College pursuing a joint A.B. in History of Art & Architecture with Comparative Literature. I am originally from New York City and graduated from the Spence School in 2024.
I have over 4 years of experience tutoring multiple students aged 8-15 in subjects including Chemistry, Algebra, Geometry, Spanish Language, English and World Literature, and History. I have also supported students in preparing for Regents exams, SHSAT tests, and the ACT. I have personal experience with the ACT test, SHSAT exam, and several AP tests. My past experience includes both virtual and in-person teaching.
I am a former varsity debater and have extensive experience teaching public speaking, argumentation, and logic skills. This background informs my approach to tutoring English and History, particularly when approaching essay-writing and presentation-based assignments. My STEM background includes coursework in Mathematics including Calculus AB and Linear Algebra. In the Sciences, I have experience with AP-level material in Chemistry and advanced Biology and Physics.
I am a fluent Spanish speaker with extensive preparation in speaking, writing, and reading. Coursework includes AP-level Spanish (scored 5 on AP Spanish Lang. & Culture), Spanish-Language Film and Media Studies, and Latin American History.
My hobbies and extracurricular involvements include radio broadcasting, graphite drawing, modern dance, live music, travel, and culinary arts.
