Hi! I am a current PhD student at Harvard University in theoretical chemistry with particular expertise in quantum and statistical mechanics. I have been tutoring for over 8 years, and have experience working with students from middle school through college. I have additionally served as a TA for both general chemistry and quantum mechanics courses at UC Berkeley and Harvard University, and have received certificates of distinction in teaching for every semester I have taught.
Though I specialize in quantum mechanics, I am comfortable in tutoring mathematics and science more broadly at the college and high school/middle school levels. I prefer to retain a flexible teaching style specialized to the individual student's needs and am particularly interested in one-on-one tutoring work. I like to probe students with questions, and help guide them towards a deeper understanding of the material, which will benefit them not only for the assignment on hand but also when it comes to more challenging real-time exam situations.
I am excited to work with you to attain your academic goals!
