Hi potential tutees! I am a Harvard Senior concentrating in Human Developmental and Regenerative Biology, with a secondary in the History of Science. I am currently applying to medical school and have experience in medical school and college applications since I have been through it myself (very successfully in my opinion, since I am now at Harvard). I am particularly passionate about helping students out with college applications and editing essays and personal statements. I made a 520 on the MCAT and a 34 on the ACT, and would love to help others attain these high percentile scores. I also have tons of experience successfully navigating all sorts of courses, so I would love to tutor you in any way that is needed.
In high school, I helped tutor my peers as a teacher's assistant. I like guide my students in learning to problem solve and assist them with finding strategies to help them do so more effectively. As well, much of our lessons at Harvard are collaborative, so I have gotten the chance to learn these subjects not only in my learning style but in many others. Of course, frustration limits success, so I emphasize approaching each lesson with kindness. I can't wait to meet you and guide you to academic success!
