I am a health care worker new to the programming world. I was hoping to see if I can learn some basic Python to eventually be able to learn how to extract health care/science data and to learn to how manipulate then, and then to be able to display the results. After reading Nghia's profile I was at first reluctant to reach out to him since he is working at a more advanced level. However, I am very glad that I did reach out time. He was a very good listener and quickly understood my level of understanding and started at the very basic level, not only with learning the python language, but also how to work with the python environment (in which my case I was using Jupyter notebook). And he continued to ask during the tutor session to let him know if I think he is going to slow or too fast. After my 1 hr session I feel I am now able to get a generally understanding Python and can continue to built on it. I would highly recommend Nghia for other's tutoring needs.

I can't overstate how incredible of an MCAT tutor Nghia is! I started with a 477 (despite buying UWorld and Jack Westin) and ended up scoring a 512, something I never thought was possible before I started with him! Nghia's personalized and strategic approach helped me improve so much more than my previous tutor. He gave me thoughtful and efficient strategies for CARS that helped me identify arguments, follow the author's logic, and answer questions accurately under time pressure. For content review on the other sections, he really helped me not only understand the content, but how the content should be applied to answer the questions. Every time we reviewed the FL exams together, he helped me see exactly where I was going wrong and how to fix it! He also taught me how to break down graphs and figures to get the information I need, a task I really struggled with before working with him. Nghia tailored everything to how I learned best.
