Patient and Helpful

I was very pleased with my session with Zahra Before the session I had difficulty understanding an assignment I had for Experimental Psychology that required me to use SPSS. She patiently walked me through the steps and explained what was happening with each step. I was able to take her guidance and put it into my paper. I received a 75/75 for the assignment which is full points! I recommend Zahra and will reach out to her in the future.

Zahra was able to answer my questions about uploading files into SAS and is familiar with code. She is quick to resource information and provide clear instructions/guidance.

Productive session—Zahra jumped right in

Zahra was exactly what I needed—a sounding board for SAS who checked my SAS code, reviewed my results and helped ensure I was representing my findings correctly in tables. As a PhD student who is still learning SAS and how to do quant. analysis, Zahra was both professional while also offering friendly and practical advice for approaching the completion of my analysis.

Helpful and knowledgeable

Zahra is a great tutor, very kind and patient. She was able to jump right in and answer any questions I had about biostatistics theory/methods or analysis using SAS. If my own biostats professor was half as helpful as Zahra I would not have been on here looking for a tutor, her students are very lucky to have her! I have tried sessions with a couple other folks on here and Zahra was by far the most helpful, I would definitely reach out to her again.

Knowledgeable and patient tutor

Zahra was great! I asked some tutors before her for help with a SAS assignment and none wanted to help me, Zahra was able to understand my whole assignment and codes and came to my session prepared with the information I needed. I highly recommend her!

Horrible

Started the session really late because she did not know how to use video meeting software; then she took 1 hour trying to show me how to open my data in SAS. She did not help, and I ended up figuring it out on my own.

Tutor responded:

My computer seems to be experiencing some technical issues. Right after I realized I couldn't hold the class on Wyzant, I promptly sent a Google Meet link. However, Bon mentioned that it didn't work, so she sent me a link, and we were able to start the class. I have more than ten years of experience with online classes using various software, and I'm well-versed in video meetings. I made every effort to assist Bon in resolving her technical issues, but she preferred to stick with the codes she had and didn't stay in sync with me as it should have been.

Great tutor!

Zahra was a great teacher and was very patient. She went above and beyond to help me problem-solve with my SAS work.
