From there, I moved into IT leadership roles, managing global server infrastructures, leading enterprise software upgrades, and supporting teams across multiple industries. Highlights include overseeing a 900-user, multi-location Microsoft Office upgrade, managing IT operations at the Cincinnati Art Museum, and directing a 24x7 ITIL-based service desk transition for a managed services provider.
