Hello! I'm Kyle and I recently graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering from Harvard. During my time in college, one of the most rewarding experiences I had was working as both a course assistant and peer tutor for different math and engineering classes. My positive experiences with teaching staff played a large role in my success in said classes, and this was something I was happy to pass on to subsequent students in these courses. As such, this is something I look to bring to my tutoring approach, working to encourage passion for the subject and elevate student understanding. I understand the importance of balancing both practice and instruction, and I feel like there is no better way to learn than to have the opportunity to challenge problems on one's own after a brief introduction to the material.

In the past three years that I have worked as a course assistant for both Linear Algebra and Signal Processing courses amongst others, I worked with small groups of 3-6 students as well as more 1-on-1 sessions for students who needed further assistance. I always made an effort to ensure that those students who may not have fully mastered the subject material on the first attempt were able to avoid falling too far behind the pace of the class. I also have experience tutoring middle and high school students during my summers at home, including subjects such as math, english, and biology.
