Born in Ukraine in 1975, he graduated from high school in 1991, then studied general, engineering, theoretical and mathematical physics at Kharkiv National University, School of Physics & Technology until 1997. Carried out theoretical studies in the area of phase transitions in solids until 2004. He received a research assistant position and a tuition scholarship at Tulane University, where he studied in the graduate school of chemistry, taught general chemistry labs and served as a tutor of algebra, calculus, statistics, physics and chemistry until 2007. Dr. S. continued scientific research at the departments of mathematics, physics and chemistry in several universities.

22 years of work in theoretical sciences: theoretical and mathematical physics, general and physical chemistry, biophysics. Several years of in-person and online tutoring. Constant learner.

I completed my Data Science certification through the Springboard Data Science Career Track (June 2021 – April 2022), specializing in deep learning. My capstone projects in this program were "Improving Pricing and Allocation of Investment", "Predict Customer Churn using Machine Learning" (binary classification using Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, and XGBoost ML models), and "Image Recognition using Neural Networks" (multiple classification using Convolutional Neural Networks). My last two positions were "Data Scientist" (Fit:Match, 2023) and "Optimization Models Focus Data Science Expert" (Judge Technical Services, Inc., 2022). I started tutoring data science and helping complete data science projects as a freelancer in 2019, and I started building data analysis pipelines in 2007 after joining the Computational Biophysics Lab at Tulane University.

i had technical diffulties BUT HE SHOWED OUT

So we hopped on and my microphone was not working. thank god I can type remotely fast. he was helping me code in R for an assignment, for my masters analytics course. It was a code I did for last assignment and I had to add more to the code. I had problem with the code at the end, I got knocked off points. and it was that a table was not showing in the console. AND HE HELPED ME FIGURE OUT WHY THE TABLE WAS NOT COMING OUT IN THE CONSOLE!!! I was very impressed on how sharp he was at 8pm, he was confident and wasted no time in helping me ON TOP OF HAVING THE TECHNICAL ISSUE!!?? Yuriy is really amazing and knowledgeable in R. If you have windows, Before you book with someone make sure you check settings system>sound> properties to see if the microphone icon under input vol does not have an x on it. I never touched this setting and some how i turned it on? perhaps there is a key to mess with that
