OUTSTANDING SPANISH LANGUAGE AP TUTOR
Kristee was an incredible Spanish Language AP tutor for my tenth grader and, thanks to Kristee's phenomenal instruction, my daughter received a 5 on the exam. My daughter decided to take the AP exam very late in the game-- at the end of the first semester, around Thanksgiving -- and had a TON of catching up to do when we contacted Kristee. Kristee swiftly assembled a concrete and tailored lesson plan for her, directed us to obtain the correct course materials, and from there guided my daughter steadily and carefully over the next few months to ensure that she was fully prepared for the exam. I greatly appreciated that Kristee provided detailed lesson plans and guidance; extensive revisions of my daughter's work; and precise feedback on areas for improvement. Importantly, Kristee is an ideal tutor for the Spanish Language AP exam because she has worked with numerous students to prepare for the exam, and is quite familiar with the test, the unique sections (such as the email assignment and the cultural comparison exercise), and the tips and tactics for succeeding. My daughter was largely self-studying for the exam, and completely scrambling when she met Kristee, and Kristee kept her firmly on track with exercises, lessons, and drills that corresponded perfectly with the actual test. As a busy working parent myself, I also was very grateful for Kristee's extensive post-class notes on my daughter's progress, areas for improvement, and testing practice plans -- I otherwise would have found it very difficult if not impossible to stay abreast of my daughter's exam preparation. Kristee also cheerfully tolerated my daughter's schedule craziness towards the end of the year, and always was available for extra sessions and feedback in the crunch time immediately prior to the exam, and was very prompt in returning written work and practice material. She rescued my daughter from completely floundering on this test and turned the situation into a 5 on the AP. In short: Kristee was an amazing tutor -- she has deep background and familiarity in preparing students for this precise exam, which is absolutely essential for a child to succeed on the many unique and difficult sections of the exam. (In other words, she is not just a generic Spanish tutor, nor should you hire just a generic tutor for the AP exams). Kristee's years of immersion in the actual Spanish Language AP course and examination preparation make her an incredibly effective teacher. She is a thorough, rigorous, and incredibly professional teacher. She is also a lovely, engaging, and warm person, and my daughter really enjoyed working with her. I hope that she is still tutoring in a few years when my younger child starts preparing for the exam. Thank you Kristee, my daughter absolutely could not have achieved a 5 without you!!

I highly recommend Kristee B as AP Spanish tutor! Her teaching style is engaging, patient, and extremely effective. She explains grammar concepts clearly, improve speaking confidence, and provide excellent strategies for reading, writing, listening, and speaking sections of the AP exam. She has been a tremendous help for my daughter's junior year high school.

Exceptional AP Spanish Tutor
Kristee is one of the best tutors I found on Wyzant. I hired her to help my son with his AP Spanish class and to prepare for the AP exam, she exceeded my expectation with her teaching and doing above and beyond every week. Amazing AP Spanish Tutor!
I can't say enough good things about Kristee. My daughter realized pretty early on in the school year that her AP Spanish class was not going to prepare her well enough for the exam. We started looking for an online tutor pretty much immediately and that's when we found Kristee. You will not be disappointed! Kristee is very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and my daughter loved her! She had her last session with Kristee and took the exam this past week. My daughter felt very well prepared for the 5+ hour exam and there is no way she would have felt that way without Kristee's expert instruction. She knows how the exam works and the different sections and prepares her students extremely well. Now we just wait for the results to come back in July, but we're excited, not worried about what the results will be. Thank you so much, Kristee! I have met with Kristee weekly for months in preparation for my Spanish AP Test. I truly couldn't have done it without her. I so very much appreciate all of the guidance and instruction she has given, explaining how to approach and succeed in all of the various sections of the AP Exam, ranging from the 65 multiple-choice questions to the verbal conversations to the argumentative essay. I cannot express with words how helpful our time together has been. The day of the exam, I entered the room, knowing I had put as much work into the subject as I could, and having all the knowledge and preparation I could possibly have beforehand from the help of Kristee. You can tell she is very experienced and knowledgeable of the workings of the test and what content to cover. Kristee is absolutely THE BEST. She is not only knowledgeable and patient, but also genuinely cares about a student's improvement. Amazing Tutor!
Kristee is an amazing tutor! We have used her for AP Spanish and Spanish 3 for 2 kids and have been really fortunate to have found her. She takes tutoring very seriously by giving homework to help overcome weaknesses and helps my son stay on top of his spanish lessons for school. My daughter did better than we thought she would do on her AP Spanish/ Lang exam and she is very happy with the results. There aren't many tutors that are knowledgeable, organized, or committed as Kristee. We will continue with her during the school year for my son.
