Bio

I'm a recent graduate of Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and its MMM dual-degree program: a full-time MBA paired with an MS in Design Innovation. Before Kellogg, I completed a BA in Computer Science at Rice University and spent six years in strategy consulting and product management in the tech industry.

For the business school application process, I sat for the GMAT and scored a 760, placing me in the 99th percentile, and I earned full-tuition scholarship offers from two top-10 MBA programs. I know the GMAT deeply—from quantitative reasoning and data insights to critical reasoning—and I stay current with the GMAT Focus Edition so my students prepare for it exactly as it appears today. I am also well-versed in the MBA admissions process and how to tailor an application to a given school.

Teaching and one-on-one coaching have been constants for me for over a decade. I got my start tutoring middle and high school students in math and standardized test prep, working individually to turn shaky fundamentals and test anxiety into real confidence. Since then, I have coached college students and alumni through high-stakes processes: I have helped friends craft MBA applications that earned admission to schools including Harvard and Stanford, guided high schoolers through college applications, and mentored classmates through their own recruiting journeys. Along the way, I have learned how to break hard material into manageable steps and keep people motivated through a long, demanding climb.

I work primarily with college students and young professionals preparing for business school, and I know the GMAT is often one stressful piece of a much bigger life decision. My goal is to make the process feel structured and achievable, building genuine command of the material rather than memorized tricks. I am patient, I listen closely, and I drill down on the specific areas holding you back, all while keeping you motivated. If you want someone who has been through it all, I would love to help you get there!

GMAT

GMAT

I scored a 760 on the GMAT (2021 edition), placing me in the 99th percentile, and went on to earn my MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management. I also received full-tuition scholarship offers from two top-10 programs. I know this exam inside and out, and I stay current with the GMAT Focus Edition so students prepare for the test exactly as it appears today. I got my start years ago tutoring middle and high school students in math and standardized test prep, and I have coached many peers through the full business school application process since then. My approach is diagnostic and patient; I pinpoint the specific areas costing you points, teach them until they click, and build both the skills and the confidence to perform on test day so you can get into the school of your dreams!
Interview Prep

Interview Prep

I recently earned my MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and have spent the last several years recruiting for and working in competitive product management, strategy, and consulting roles, including at companies like Indeed and Accenture. I have personally navigated behavioral interviews, product cases, and consulting-style case interviews from both sides of the table, and I know how top tech and consulting firms actually evaluate candidates. I have coached many peers and classmates through their own interview loops, helping them structure their stories, sharpen their case frameworks, and build the confidence to perform under pressure. My approach is both practical and personalized; I diagnose exactly where a candidate is falling behind, drill the specific gaps, and run realistic mock interviews with direct, actionable feedback.
MBA

MBA

I am a recent graduate of Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management, where I completed the MMM dual-degree program (MBA and MS in Design Innovation). I applied to over ten business schools during my own admissions cycle, earning full-tuition scholarship offers from two top-10 MBA programs and scoring a 760 on the GMAT. I know firsthand what a competitive application looks like, from test scores to essays and everything in between. I have coached friends and peers through their MBA applications, including admits to schools such as Harvard and Stanford. I am well-versed in how to choose the right programs, tailor essays to each school, and position an application to maximize both admission odds and scholarship money.
SAT Math

SAT Math

I studied Computer Science at Rice University and bring a deeply quantitative background, including a perfect score on the SAT Math section, a 99th-percentile score on the GMAT, and years of advanced math and CS coursework. I got my start tutoring middle and high school students in math and standardized test prep, working one-on-one to turn shaky fundamentals and test anxiety into real confidence. I know the SAT Math section well (from algebra and problem solving to data analysis and the more advanced topics), and I focus on the underlying concepts and smart test strategies rather than rote memorization. My approach is patient and diagnostic; I pinpoint exactly where a student is losing points, teach those specific areas as desired, and build both the skill and the confidence to perform under time pressure on test day so you can get into the school of your dreams!
SQL

SQL

I studied Computer Science at Rice University and have used SQL extensively throughout my professional career in product strategy and analytics, including at Indeed, where I ran SQL-driven analysis on a pricing model serving over a million users. I am fluent across the full range of practical SQL, and I have paired it with tools like Tableau and Snowflake to build dashboards and answer analytical questions at scale. I got my start tutoring middle and high school students and have since coached many peers and colleagues through technical and analytical concepts. My approach is hands-on and practical; I teach SQL through real queries and real data rather than abstract syntax, so students and professionals build genuine problem-solving fluency they can apply immediately at work or in interviews.
