Northwestern Master's in Economics and PhD Student: Learn Economics!

Hi! My name is Terence. I hold a Master's degree in Economics from Northwestern University, and I am currently a PhD student in Economics at the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University) with deep roots in Economics. I have experience teaching Master's in Business Administration students at Northwestern, and I have a love for tutoring and helping others learn. In addition, I completed my undergraduate degree at Auburn University, attaining a 3.97 overall GPA in courses ranging from general education to Economics and Mathematical Theory. I now research and specialize in Microeconomic Theory, and I can translate fundamental Economics concepts to help students learn the content rather than recite memorized answers.

My goal is that my students develop a love for and understanding of the key insights in Economics so that they can perform well on any test or in any environment. As a PhD student myself, I know how draining and frustrating it can be to study a topic that you just don't get or can't seem to find the usefulness in. I have learned to love learning and desire to see that my students can derive some enjoyment, no matter how small, from their learning with me!

I have familiarity of nearly every field in Economics and can provide tutoring tailored for middle school, high school, AP, and college Economics. In addition, I am familiar with using coding languages such as Python, R, Stata, Julia, C#, and C++ for Economics assignments. I would love to help with ongoing tutoring, test prep, or even quick questions. Whatever your needs may be, I can create a personalized learning plan to achieve desired outcomes.
