Skilled Teacher - makes orgo 2 seem intuitive and approachable!
Jamie is incredible at adapting her teaching to class materials and individual learning style! She has helped me grasp a ton of orgo 2 material quickly, but also comprehensively, helping me succeed by understanding patterns and key concepts. When there's a large amount of material, brute memorization just doesn't work. Jamie is able to make orgo seem intuitive. Can't recommend enough! Thank you Jamie!! :)

Excellent tutor
Jamie helped mu daughter with her Chemistry Honors work and was wonderful. She explained everything in a thoughtful and clear manner, starting with more simple problems and building to more complex. A truly superb tutor!
Our daughter unfortunately caught Mononucleosis just weeks before finals. She lost an entire week of key school days on top of the toll of Mono exhaustion. I found Jamie for my daughter’s sophomore chemistry NY state Regents exam prep. After discussing the situation with Jamie she then did considerable research into our Regents exam to prepare and focus an organized approach to cover core materials on the exam. She provided resources and online references to further my daughter’s off line studies and reviewed passed exams for practice. My daughter was drained by the mono and napping round the clock. But after a session with Jamie her confidence rose and came to enjoy her lessons. Jamie has excellent credentials, experience and patience. She’s observant and cues in on where my daughter was having trouble and provided off line areas to focus on. She also obtained old exams to review and made sure to address key problematic point. I highly recommended Jamie as a tutor and only wish I found her sooner. We only used her for Chemistry but after seeing her approach I’m sure she’d be great in anything she offers.

Ms. Jamie is excellent! She takes the time to understand where your dfficulties in learning are and bases her sessions with you accordingly. She explains things clearly and thoroughly and takes the time to inquire as to the structure if your course so that she can tailor her teaching to ensure you succeed in your course. The level of patience and knowledge that she has will leave at peace knowing that you are in good hands. Our sessions are always productive and I never feel pressured when working with her. If you are searching for a phenomenal instructor and have worries that you may not be able to find an instructor who is able to teach the material or understand where you are struggling, I strongly reccomend Ms. Jamie!
