Hello, my name is Michael! I am a seasoned instructor who has worked at my school's tutoring program, Kumon, Mathnasium, Well's Academic Solutions, and was a teaching assistant at my Georgia Tech. Following my bachelors, I am now a first-year medical student in Chicago!

But most importantly, I am also a student like many of you. I have undergone the struggle to comprehend new and difficult content, gotten frustrated over not understanding the material, and have battled the lack of motivation to learn and conquer new subjects. Through these struggles, I persevered and found a passion for learning and the knowledge of how to learn as well as pass it on to others. I enjoy seeing others succeed and find the resilience and intelligence inside them.

I have worked at my school's tutoring program, Kumon, Mathnasium, Well's Academic Solutions, and am currently a TA at my school. In addition, I have achieved As in all of my math courses K-12 and have led study sessions for those classes as well as groups in college too!

I was not one of those kids which material snapped instantly. I had to learn how to learn and it took a while. With the will and time to learn, I hope I can extend that to more people!

I am currently a student at Georgia Tech whose studies more often than not overlaps with math. For the vast majority of my life including now, I have been a student: learning, failing, and experimenting with various subjects and methods. And in that time, I have found math to be one of the biggest battles and one of my most important triumphs in the end. I've put my learned knowledge to use scoring a 34 on the math section of my ACT and 770 on the math section of my SAT as well as working as a tutor for Kumon, Mathnasium, and Wells Academic Solutions. In addition, as a tutor my prime expertise specialized in SAT Math, coaching individuals to achieve high scores on the SAT. Overall, I have tutored individuals of all ages ranging from kindergarten to high school.
