I've been teaching for 17+ years and have taught at all levels: middle school, high school, as well as college. My students tend to prefer my teaching/tutoring style because I too struggled in math so I know how to teach it in a way (more than one if necessary) that most people can understand. I actually specialize in working with students who have struggled with math and have convinced themselves they are unable to be successful. But I have a 100% pass rate if the student is willing to do what I recommend and willing to put in the time and effort.

I customize each session depending on what the students needs. I generally like to start out by seeing what students do know and where they've gotten lost. Most of the time, it is a quick fix and students feel much better by the time we are done. I am also make myself available to my students throughout the week to ask a quick question or too so they don't fall behind. Technology is amazing!! Just take a picture and text it to me and I will be on it as soon as I am able. Generally quick turn around time unless I am driving. I have students call me years later when in need of help. I've also had students register for all my courses when I taught at the college level because "They finally got it".
