On the academic side, I have tutored high school and college English/writing; AP History; college history; 7th and 8th grade science, math, and social studies. When structuring my tutoring lessons, I try to work on skills beyond the immediate- I work with my students on study skills, note taking, analytical thinking, and other skills to get ahead in school.
I have worked with students previously on this area. ACT Science focuses on reading and analytical skills. It also requires better test taking skills. My J.D. and history degrees, plus my tutoring and teaching experiences help me create a plan that will assist the student with properly understanding, analyzing, and answering questions.
