I had Chris for PreCalculus study session at the local library and it worked out very well. He was easy to understand and while I have been out of school for 10 years I felt a lot of what I learned coming back. He also brought plenty of study materials for me to keep and afterwards emailed me with a lot of resources to help me.

I definitely recommend him for anyone looking for a solid tutor.

Chris help my son solve some challenging problems in the area of gravity, law of conservation of momentum and orbital mechanics by explaining the all the concepts underlying the problems in an easy to understand manner.

Chris was flexible in meeting with my Daughter, and we are off to a good start. Looking forward to working with him.

Chris is very professional, patient, and able to effectively cover a lot of material in one session. He is definitely knowledgeable in the area of AP Physics C and is capable of explaining and demonstrating more than one way to reach a solution. Chris is able to assess a student's strengths and weaknesses and to offer suggestions and plan tutoring accordingly. I would definitely recommend him to students of all ages. Great tutor!

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

Through the pursuit of my Physics degree I have had the opportunity to take many mathematics classes. None, however were are as eye opening as Algebra I. Through Algebra I, I learned many things which have greatly helped me in my mathematical pursuits and I look forward to sharing those with others.

I have had the opportunity to tutor students in Algebra in both high school and college. I thoroughly enjoy sharing my skills in Algebra with others and assisting them with any issues they may have.

I took the ASVAB test in high school and scored a 98 out of a possible 99 points. Also, through the years I have tutored many students in both Physics and Mathematics, both of which are important concepts covered on the ASVAB test.

Calculus is the most useful form of mathematics aside from Algebra that I have had the priviledge of learning. I look forward to having the opportunity to share my love for Calculus with others.

I hold a degree in Physics and a Masters in Secondary Education. Through out my years as a high school and college student I have tutored many students in all subjects in grades K-6th. I enjoy tutoring students of all ages and helping them learn.

I have tutored students in Geometry at Mathnasium for 5 years as well as had the opportunity to help many others. I love to show students how geometry can be used to help in understanding the world better.

I have been in the martial arts now for approximately 20 years. I started at the age of 5 and continue to practice the martial arts currently. I have had experiences in multiple styles including, Aikido, Judo, Ju-Jitsu, and Karate. I hold a 4th Degree black belt in Kajukenbo, a form of karate.

Prealgebra is a wonderful subject that will help prepare students for one of the most important math classes they will ever take, Algebra. I look forward to helping to prepare students for Prealgebra and sharing my love for mathematics with them.

Throughout my college career, I have had the wonderful opportunity to take many math courses and be successful at them. Through the many courses that I have taken, one of my most favorite is Pre-Calculus. I have had the opportunity to tutor both high school and college students in Pre-Calculus and share my love for mathematics with them.

I have had the opportunity to regularly tutor students in SAT math during my time at a professional tutoring center.
