I love the Italian language and culture, but my dialect and slang is very Roman (which is a good thing!) so there may be some phrases that you learn that only a child growing up in the streets of Rome would teach you!
I lived in Rome from 4-15 years old and learned by speaking with my friends and watching Italian TV.
If you want someone to speak with conversationally in Italian to perfect your skills, I would love to chat with you!
