I worked at the University of Connecticut as student video editor for a semester, as well as a summer and winter internship with Timeline video at Irvignton, New York where I produced client-facing videos edited in Adobe Premiere.

I have been drawing and sketching for fun since I was a child, but have since worked on T shirt designs, comic strips, illustrations and cartoons, animated shorts as both an academic and freelance artist in the motion graphics/graphic design field. I have taught high school drawing classes and love drawing as the root of all visual art forms.

I have been responsible for teaching digital photography classes using the Nikon D3500 and Canon Rebel. I was employed in this role for the last 5 years and it is my current position I enjoy every day! I have approximately 300 students a year and teach a semester-long course on the basics of Photography and a more advanced Photo 2 course with business and real-world applications. These include learners from a diverse array of backgrounds in the largest high school in my home state!
Public Speaking

Public Speaking

I have had a passion for public speaking ever since I tried my hand at standup comedy in high school coffeehouses. In fact, it helped me develop that aspect of my personality and feel less shy as a public speaker. I now teach high school art classes to 300+ students a year from a diverse array of socioeconomic backgrounds and all walks of life. Sometimes, simpler is better!
