My favorite part about our tutoring sessions is that she is very patient and always wants to make sure I understand exactly what we are covering. She is also very accommodating. I had my first lesson with Lacey to review for my upcoming RD exam. This is my first time meeting with a tutor for this and although I was initially nervous, Lacey made me feel comfortable right away! She had such a friendly and positive attitude, and genuinely cares for her students success. Lacey allowed me to decide how the lesson would go in terms of what topics I’d like to cover, and she was very patient to go over anything I wanted clarification on. She was very attentive and always asked if I’d like certain things repeated or if I had any questions before we moved onto the next topic. I have had numerous sessions with Lacey so far for preparing for my RD exam. Lacey is very nice, patient and knowledgeable on various subjects regarding nutrition. We have went over topics ranging from Digestion processes, nutrition calculations, Diabetes exchanges, food science as well as MNT for chronic diseases. Lacey takes the time to make sure that you understand the topic and is willing to go over any questions that you have or are struggling with. I admire that she tailors the lessons to your individual needs and goes above and beyond to find answers for you on certain things that she was unsure of. I highly recommend Lacey as a tutor. She has met all my expectations as for what makes a great tutor.
