I graduated from the University of Missouri with a double major in Psychology and Sociology and a minor in Business. Since then, my career has been in sales and finance, where clear communication and explaining complex information have always been part of my day-to-day work.
Over the years, I’ve had a lot of experience helping coworkers, clients, and new team members understand things like financial concepts, sales strategies, and professional communication in a simple, practical way. That’s really what led me to tutoring—I realized I enjoy helping people “get it,” especially when a topic feels intimidating at first.
While I’m new to formal tutoring, I’m very comfortable working with high-school students, college students, and adults. My approach is patient, down-to-earth, and focused on breaking things into steps that actually make sense. I like using real-life examples, clear explanations, and back-and-forth discussion instead of overwhelming people with information.
My goal is to make learning feel approachable and supportive. Whether someone needs help with English, writing, basic finance, resume guidance, interview preparation, or developing communication and sales skills, I’m committed to meeting them where they are and helping them build confidence as quickly as possible. I’m easy to talk to, reliable, and genuinely enjoy helping people make progress. I look forward to working with students who want a tutor that’s clear, practical, and encouraging.
