I have seven years of experience in education, working in public school, private school, and in-home settings. I specialize in the humanities -- such as English, reading, writing, history, philosophy, and psychology -- as well as in standardized test preparation. That said, I'm willing to teach many subjects, feel free to browse through the subjects I offer to see if I am certified in your desired area of study. I am an Eagle Scout with a well-rounded knowledge of various pre-school, K-12, and college curricula, a classically trained pianist, an avid writer and editor, am skillful with a variety of computer software, and I'm a 2D studio artist and graphic designer. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and German Language and Literature from New College of Florida, and I'm currently attending the Graduate School of Professional Psychology at the University of Denver, where I am pursuing doctoral work in clinical psychology. I am flexible with tutoring times, dates, and locations, and I'm willing to do online lessons; I'm a very amiable person, and I hope to have the opportunity to aid in your studies soon!

Excellent help, excellent person

David helped me in proofreading research paper. He did an excellent job. This was the third paper which David reviewed. I was so happy with his comments. Thanks, David.

Very helpful and patient tutor!

David helped me complete an extensive college assignment with Excel. I had very little beginning knowledge of the program, but he was able to meet me at my skill level with patience. We accomplished a large amount of work for the amount of time that we had available. . . I definitely got a lot of "bang for my buck". I would recommend him as a tutor to my friends.
