This is my full-time job. After working as a manager in different corporations for more than 15 years, this is my profession for last 7 years, and I love it. It gives me the opportunity to work with brilliant students and help them unleash their potential. I am very patient with my students considering the reason they demand my assistance. They are struggling with the material; and it is my job to explain it over and over again with different approaches until they feel comfortable with the material. My teaching method is not based on repeating what students’ teachers already told them. I always walk through the problem with my students and explain every step ensuring they understand it. I do not proceed to the next topic unless I make sure my student has a solid understanding of the current material. The many student testimonials I have are the best advocates of my teaching approach.
I am also very experienced on teaching based on practical business and management examples. Combination of managerial experience, Business Administration degree as well as Economics degree gives me the chance to explain different topics in mathematics, statistics, business, and economics with solid real-world examples.
My another expertise is on fast paced and online courses. I have students from all over the world. Although I am located in Southern California, I have online students from San Francisco, New York, Chicago, Boston as well as UK and Afghanistan.
I am here to help, but we need to start working early on to collect the points for the course from the beginning of the course. In these kinds of courses, material always builds on each other and it is very hard to recover the previous topics and lost points. Please do not wait till your grade gets to the “unrecoverable area”. The area that even high grades at final cannot help you to pass the course. My goal is to help you to get the highest grade by understanding the material, and I am sure your goal is the same. The conceptual problems are the biggest enemy of math studen

Homeschool

Algebra 1,

Algebra 1

Algebra 1 is the foundation for all the next level math topics. For this reason, I explain the Algebra 1 topics in great details to my students and make sure they understand each topic before moving to the next topics. I also assign practice problems to make sure they are ready for the next level.
Algebra 2,

Algebra 2

Algebra 2 is the continuation of Algebra 1 and Geometry. This course combines topics from both prerequisites to explain mathematical topics more in depth. Algebra 2 is very important for students since it will make them ready for precalculus and beyond. Instead of lecturing the same topics over and over again, I ask my students to do practice problems and point out their mistakes. When I feel they are confident on the topic, I will move to the next one.
Calculus,

Calculus

I am professional on explaining Calculus topics such as derivatives, integrals, limits optimization, related rates, sequences and series, divergence and convergence, vectors, multivariable calculus, volumes, implicit differentiation, double and triple integrals, differential equations as well as mean value theorem.
Geometry,

Geometry

Geometry is the knowledge of working with perfect shapes, which is required to understand how to deal with imperfect shapes. Geometry is another pillar for Algebra 2 in addition to Algebra 1. I had many Algebra 2 students that were lacking skills from Geometry. It is absolute requirement for advancing in the math. I am very experienced in tutoring geometry, since it is one of the topics that I get lots of requests for. I can help your kid understand the basics of the geometry with easy steps and examples that make sense.

Trigonometry

Most students know Trigonometry with sine, cosine, tangent, and unit circle. I make sure that students fully understand these concepts and learn how to use the identities to deal with them. Trigonometry plays a great role on higher level mathematics specially Calculus. I encounter many Calculus students which they have hard time because they lack Trigonometric skills. I always make sure my students understand each topic fully before I move to a new one.

Extraordinarily Helpful, Patient, and Insightful

Nader brings a significant wealth of information and insights to every discussion, and is very committed to each student's success. Nader is outstanding at inferring the main concepts and brining sophisticated analyses to numerous types of projects. He is a wonderful person to learn from.

Michael, 40 lessons with Nader
Tutor responded:

Dear Michael, I am very happy that I am able to help you on discussing and having better understanding of the material as well as getting 100% on your assignments. You are very hard working and intelligent person and I enjoy debating and discussing the human resources economics with you.

Extremely knowledgeable

I learned and understood more in my one session with Nader than the last month with my professor. His ability to take me step by step and build off of what previously learned was extremely helpful.

Helpful Tutor

Nader helped me review Microeconomic problems for my mid-term exam. He was extremely helpful in explaining and digesting the problems from my midterm review. All in all, he has ensured me a better chance of performing well in my exam.

Christopher, 6 lessons with Nader
Tutor responded:

Dear Christopher, I am happy to help. Your course involved lots of calculus and algebra, and I am sure you will do great for rest of the semester.

Great tutor for stats and economics!

Nader helped me work through and understand concepts from my sports economics course (micro, macro, and statistics) that I have struggled to understand for some time. In less than an hour, he provided me with clear explanations that helped me understand the data and terminology in the relevant context. Very friendly and responsive to questions. Without a doubt, five stars. Highly recommended!

Jon, 2 lessons with Nader
Tutor responded:

Dear Jon, Tutoring you was a nice experience for me too, since it involved applications related to sports that I never worked on before. However, the basics of economics and statistics apply to many different fields and sports is not an exception.

Teaches and coaches student

Great patience and very knowledgeable. Ensures student familiarity with subject / material and provides examples to accelerate learning. Highly recommend Nader for accounting and calculus.

Larry, 9 lessons with Nader
Tutor responded:

Dear Larry, I am very happy I am able to help your son with his financial accounting and calculus needs. He is a smart young man and needs some in depth explanations, which I am providing him.

Knowledgeable and patient tutor

Nader is a great tutor! His interactive style of teaching help me to learn and understand math concepts I struggled with for a long time. I highly recommend him for anyone who struggle with math but wants to learn.

Bryan, 17 lessons with Nader
Tutor responded:

Thanks Bryan for your nice words. I am very happy that I was able to help you with your math needs starting with algebra up to calculus and calculus based statistics. I wish you the best in your MBA quest.

Patient, educational tutor

Nader is a great tutor -- he wanted to make sure that I understood the material (rather than just answering the questions that I had). I was really struggling with calculus and derivatives when one of my college courses unexpectedly included this content for a lesson. I really appreciate him taking the time to pause and test me on certain areas just to make sure that we were both on the same understanding. He was able to clearly explain what and where I was going wrong.

Kenny, 1 lesson with Nader
Tutor responded:

Dear Kenny, I am very happy that I was able to clear your calculus obstacle for your course. That is always my goal to make sure you understand the material rather than just receiving the answer.

Great tutor, very knowledgable and patient

Nader is a great and knowledgable tutor. He helped me better understand the economic models used in my international economics course. He explains very well and goes through many examples until I understand the concept well. Nader not only teaches me the steps to solving a problem, but also why we are doing them, which is very important!

Alejandra, 9 lessons with Nader
Tutor responded:

Dear Alejandra, I am very happy that I am able to help you with this high level International Economics course. In my opinion, relating the concepts to understandable examples are the key to understanding the material better.

Amazing tutor

Nader is very good in tutoring math and very detail oriented. He really helped my son improve his grade. Lots of people could know the subject well but not everyone has the talent to explain well and Nader definitely is talented in explaining math!

Nevine , 2 lessons with Nader
Tutor responded:

Dear Nevine, I am very happy that I am able to help your son. He is a smart boy, and needs some in detail guidance. I am sure he will be able to improve his knowledge and grade with my help.
