Awesome Tutor

I'm not a math-minded person whatsoever, and to even think of passing my college algebra class, I knew I would need a tutor. I had other tutors fall through on me before I met with Vanessa, and ultimately I'm grateful they did. Vanessa navigated me through my entire 18-week college algebra course. There were many times she could take a section I had looked at as though it were in a foreign language and show me a couple of easy ways to work out a solution. She's incredibly knowledgeable, which is important but even more importantly, Vanessa is adept at changing up her own personal style of teaching in a way that makes sense for you. When I wasn't understanding something in one format, she would find another way to get me the information I needed to continue. Always on time, always professional, always present and giving of her time with her students--an awesome tutor.
