About David

Bio

I have been learning Maths since my mother taught me algebra in Kindergarten. Ever since that time I've flown through my Maths classes with great skill and ease. In high school and college I never studied for any of my tests; I have a photographic memory, allowing me to remember everything from the lectures in great detail. I have always been the person to help other students after class, sharing my free time with others to enrich their learning experiences. In college I was the weirdo who...

I have been learning Maths since my mother taught me algebra in Kindergarten. Ever since that time I've flown through my Maths classes with great skill and ease. In high school and college I never studied for any of my tests; I have a photographic memory, allowing me to remember everything from the lectures in great detail. I have always been the person to help other students after class, sharing my free time with others to enrich their learning experiences.

In college I was the weirdo who never had a social life, but always kept the class test average high. I take a pleasure in knowing that my hard work is reflected in my positive grades. (i.e. B in Calculus 1, A in Calculus 2, B+ in Calculus 3) I intend to graduate with a AS degree in Mathematics at the end of the summer.

Helped me Become More Confident with the Material!

I have very limited knowledge when it comes to Calculus 2, but he helped break down the problems and was able to explain things thoroughly. We worked on recognizing when to use different series tests as well as the basics skills needed for these types of problems such as taking derivatives. Although the problems looked intimidating he was very patient and helped me work through them to become more confident with the material!
