Incredibly Knowledgeable and Kind

I had not used GIS software in quite some time, and when I tried to return to it for a project I was completely lost. Lisa explained different tools and methods that I had little to no previous experience with in a manner I could understand. She ensured that I was following along with her and answered all questions I had, and there were quite a few. I feel much more confident in my GIS abilities after meeting with her, and I will definitely be contacting her if I have any further questions. Cannot recommend her enough!
