I have always enjoyed helping fellow students learn. A tutor can not only help a student master a specific topic, but also inspire self-confidence and curiosity. I enjoy discovering the individual learning-styles of students and personalizing tutoring plans to their strengths.

Susan’s tutoring style is very effective with my teenage son. After explaining topics that we requested support with, she asks questions to verify his understanding. She is very warm and provides positive feedback or simply revisits the topic. She also will review specific problems from his class with him. My son has stated that he now understands every concept she has covered with him in a way he did not before the session!
