I earned my BS in Meteorology from OU with minors in Mathematics and Hydrology in 2009, my MS from OU in Meteorology in 2012, and my PhD in Meteorology at OU in 2017. I also have 3 years of experience teaching elementary and advanced Meteorology Laboratory classes at OU. I currently work at the university as a Research scientist.

In my time teaching, I truly enjoy the joy that I see in students when they finally solve a problem or reach a goal that they've been working very hard to solve or achieve, and I truly relish the opportunity to help them along their journey towards success. I believe that the best way to lead students towards their goals is to start from the ground up -- to ensure understanding of the most basic principles that their particular problem involves. Once these pillars of knowledge are firmly established, I believe with a little bit of effort, the student's ability to reach their goal -- whether it be a solving homework problem, acing a school final, or getting a great SAT score -- will be achieved.
