Zeth came to my son's rescue when I realized that his Honors Algebra 2 class was going to be more challenging than anticipated. It was clear to me that there were gaps, either in the way the class was being taught or in his understanding. Zeth was able to identify and address the issues. She prepared ahead of time for his sessions and provided individualized homework. She even asked to see the classroom assignments and textbooks to have an idea on how the subject was being taught in class. After a few sessions, he improved his grades but more importantly he has regained his confidence.

My son started preparing for AP Calc AB with another tutor, and he just wasn't making progress. The tutor was very engaging but not focused enough on the material. I did my research and pivoted to Zeth B. I explained the situation and she was very responsive and got rolling! Zeth B was very friendly, and super encouraging, but didn't waste any time with her strategic plan to make sure all material was covered before test time. She explained various methods of solving problems in an understandable way. She also gave homework in between sessions to keep my son on track. My son said that was helpful because the homework focused on topics he needed more work on and gave him practice on more complex problems. Well the pivot was the right move - with my son's hard work and Zeth's encouragement, comprehensive plan and expertise, he achieved a 5!

Amazing math tutor

Ms. Zeth was a great help for both my brother and I in our math classes. She tutored my brother in Algebra II and Trigonometry and me in AP Calculus BC and in studying for a college placement exam. She explains all the concepts in a way that makes them easy to understand and provides numerous example problems and practice sets that you can use both in and outside of lessons with her. Both my brother and I passed our classes with As. I received a score of 5 on the AP exam and felt infinitely more confident heading into my placement exam. We would highly recommend Ms. Zeth for any math tutoring.
