Bio

Hello, I have many years of teaching at the High School and Middle School levels. I have tutored hundreds of students throughout the years at Middle School, High School and College levels. I have logged hundreds of hours of tutoring.

I tutor AP Statistics/ College Statistics, Algebra 2/Trigonometry, Geometry, Algebra 1, Pre-Algebra and Basic Math. I also provide tutoring for the CBEST (math portion) and CSET for Math Parts 1 and 2.

I tutor AP Statistics/ College Statistics, Algebra 2/Trigonometry, Geometry, Algebra 1, Pre-Algebra and Basic Math. I also provide tutoring for the CBEST (math portion) and CSET for Math Parts 1 and 2.

I have a Masters Degree in Education from National University and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from CSU Fresno. I am looking to help students that need one on one help to succeed. The feedback that I receive from my students is that they understand the way I explain topics and give them enough direction without doing the work for them.

I feel that all math students aren't created equal, so teaching everyone a certain way just does not work for all. I can explain the topics in various ways and give multiple ways to solve problems.

I have over 15 years teaching and tutoring Algebra. It is the foundation for all of the higher math courses and a full understanding makes those so much easier.

I have taught Algebra 2 over the past 15 years. Algebra 2 is equivalent to College Algebra and included Trigonometry as well.

I was a successful High School Boys Varsity Basketball coach for 10 years earning 3 league championships at a school with enrollment of 680 students. I ran multiple offenses and defenses. Offenses ranged from motion to flex to set plays. Defenses from full court zone and man press to half court zone and man defenses.

I successfully passed the CBEST on my first attempt and am more than qualified to tutor someone that is attempting to take the math portion of the exam. I can give them the confidence they need with my past experience with the exam and my subject knowledge of Basic Math, Algebra, Geometry, Algebra 2 and Statistics, as I have taught all of those for the past 16 years.

Over the course of 2 seasons most of the players had dropped their averages by 10 strokes a round. Personally, I am a 7 handicap and shoot in the 70's most of the time.

Craig is top tier in AP Stat. The very best you can get. We tried another tutor but he did not break things down like Craig does. All I can say is try him for yourself and you won’t be disappointed. My daughter leaves his sessions confident and well prepared for tests and quizzes.

Excellent AP Statistics Tutor

I highly recommend Craig as a tutor, especially for AP Statistics. Craig has been tutoring my daughter, a high school senior, in AP Statistics weekly for about 4-5 months. According to my daughter, Craig is an incredibly efficient and effective tutor. She appreciates that he thoroughly covers all of her needs.
