During the past 7 years of tutoring, I have worked with students from grades K-12, both one-on-one and in group settings. As I help students, I focus on their learning and understanding, rather than simply getting the right answer. I work at the student's pace, reinforcing concepts until they have both the understanding and confidence to do well in their classes. I've found that many student simply need a bit of extra support and encouragement to greatly increase their understanding.
